Project Summary: The City of Nogales, Arizona, is updating the City’s Zoning and Development Standard Code. The updated Zoning & Standards Code shall comply with Federal laws, State Statutes, City Code, and be consistent with the Nogales Vision 2020 General Plan, adopted by City Council on August 5, 2020.
Process: City Staff, the Planning Commission, and Board of Adjustment review comments prior to City Council recommendation and approval.
City of Nogales residents, developers, contractors are encouraged to submit comments for the 2024 Update.
