A Low-Income Discount of 30% shall be available to residential account holders meeting the criteria of Section 19-81(E) as set forth therein.

Section 19-81(E): Low-Income Discount: A residential account shall qualify for a low-income discount of 30% upon presenting evidence that the resident is receiving State or Federal Income, Housing or Food Assistance, Disability or Unemployment Benefits. If the account serves multiple residential units, the low-income discounts shall be applicable on proportion to the number of units unless additional documentation for additional resident(s) is provided.
